Ka La'i Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place!!! Exceeds any expectations you can create. Staff amazing, friendly and caring. Beautifully manicured and maintained. MGR. ALEX deserves many thanks, his care, concern and presence speaks volumes , this is not a job for him it's a Passion and he KILLS IT!!!!

The service here is 6 stars. They cleaned the room multiple times a day. Everything here was perfect. The AC worked well. The bathroom has a nice soaking tub with pure blue water and high quality fixtures. The views from the higher floors are awesome. It's close to some of the nicest shops and within a 5 min walk from the main strip. This was on of the best and lost impressive stays we've had. Oh, they include beach rentals for free. Everything from towels to beach toys for the kids and lots of other amenities we didn't use. We want to come back here one day.

Very nice hotel, location to the beach and the shops is excellent. Room is very spacious, bathroom was very nice including a large tub and walk-in shower. Bed was nice although I would prefer a much firmer mattress. (Wife loved the soft mattress). Room was cleaned twice daily and we were always supplied with fresh towels and clean sheets. Pool/hot tub was nice but could be larger. Downstairs steak house was first class with excellent service and food. Valet was awesome and with a simple call from our room our vehicle was ready when we arrived down stairs. Hands down nicest hotel we have ever stayed at and we would definitely stay again. Thumps up to Trump. :)

The staff provided attentive and personable service. Guest rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious and diverse selection. The concierge team exceeded expectations in assisting with our travel plans. The hotel's convenient location offered immediate beach access, a mere two-minute walk away. This hotel is highly recommended.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with washer and dryer. The bidet was amazing as well as the breakfast buffets. Room service daily and valet was on point 24/7. This hotel has tons of construction but once it’s complete I know it will be a 6 star hotel. We had to use the neighboring hotel (Embassy) for fitness and the restaurant was smaller but still packed with goodies. One thing to note is the seafood tower isn’t a lot for the price and it’s all cold seafood which I didn’t expect. The experience was still amazing. Short 5 minute walk to the beach but you can also have the view with your room! Our two bedroom suite had a balcony viewing the water from the bedroom and living room!

Everything is the perfect accommodation. Everyone in the family was satisfied. I really want to visit again after the remodeling of the pool.

Second time we’ve stayed here, absolutely amazing stay in every way. Service is spectacular and incredible attention to detail. Everyone is super kind and attentive without being overbearing. Through AMEX platinum travel, there were some great perks including free room upgrade, breakfast, and free amenities including water bottle gifts, cookies, and chocolate. Rooms were cleaned and fridge restocked with water daily, any requests to housecleaning arrived in under 20 minutes. Great view, wonderful location and great stay again- valet parking was $40 a night and reasonable for the area and service. Thank you!

Trump Waikiki was absolutely amazing. My husband and I just stayed there for a week for our honeymoon and it was incredible. They accommodated us in every way possible. The staff our very passionate about what they do and it shows. They are so friendly, caring, and accommodating without being too "gimmicky" or as if they're being forced to care. Check in was so quick and Doug showed us around and gave us information about the hotel to ensure we were comfortable. Our room was epitome of luxury. My husband jokes that it was the highlight of our honeymoon and being in Hawaii, but it is not far from the truth. The cleaning staff/maids cleaned our room everyday while we were out (including our dishes, etc.) The bathroom is absolutely amazing. The toilet is equipped with a baduet and heated seat and it is a nice touch to make the experience truly luxurious. The hotel is in the perfect location to Waikiki Beach and was a 2-3 minute walk to beach from the lobby, which made for the perfect relaxation experience. We ate at their breakfast buffet several times while we were there and it was SO GOOD. All of the food was fresh and staff was so accommodating while waiting on us. We got to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and relaxing on the deck during our stay and it felt luxurious, especially with the view of the city. Our coffee maker wasn't working and Doug immediately sent a new one to our room, which allowed us to not miss a beat in our plans for the day. I can't rave about this place enough. We always thought "how much better can a 5 star hotel be for this price?", but let me tell you... it's worth it and we will be back. Thank you!
